Issue: printer does not work
Solution: remove the jammed paper if there is any, reset the paper roll, reboot the printer.

Issue: no internet
Solution: unplug the power cable of the router, wait for 10 seconds and plug it back in. 
If the issue persists, contact local internet providers.

Issue: TD terminal is down or slow
Solution: reboot the terminal POS.

Issue: creating or modifying PIN for store staff
Solution: email the associate's name and location to ITDepartment@miniso.ca
